This major renovation in Craigie involved moving walls and door frames to make a whole new layout for the house. Float and set patching was required though out the entire property. JPC Plastering are experts in joining new plaster to existing plaster which is something most plasterers have trouble with as joining plaster without a join line requires a lot of skill.

This 70’s style house needed a face lift and the owner decided to render and texture coat as to avoid having to get a painter aswell. Acratex texture can be tinted in any Dulux, British Paints or Solver colour and can also be colour matched off existing render if the colour is unknown. As you can see texture coating can add a modern feel and also save the hassle of trying to find a decent painter

This customer in Piara Waters came home to find his letterbox and garden beds looking like a dog’s breakfast. Time and time again cowboys who claim to be plasterers think it looks easy so have a go at it and it is the paying client who suffers. This particular tradesman claimed to be a jack of all trades, offering an all in price to lay bricks, render walls and finally texture coat the render. Unfortunately it looked like it was the first time he has attempted such things.
Once textured it is extremely hard to repair render especially if the walls are not straight like this job, It can also be quite costly to repair. Luckily JPC Plastering specializes in repairs such as this. We staightened all of the walls squaring up the corners for a modern look and finally re textured it the way it is supposed to be done leaving another overjoyed client.

This customer in Highgate wanted a coloured finish to neaten up a parapet wall built after a new construction next door.
